Project Management

To ensure an overall success of data-drive projects, we assist clients in day-to-day running/ operation of a market research, from project setup, through fieldwork execution & monitoring and data handling. In order to ensure expectations are met, day-to-day contact with the fieldwork and data processing team will be initiated to ensure tasks are being completed appropriately and timely. A periodic update will be given to the clients on a weekly basis or when necessary to ensure all challenges and project issues will be reported.

Recruitment

We are working with a group of recruiters who have established connection with the healthcare professionals in the industry to ensure suitable candidates meeting the screening criteria and smooth scheduling of interview sessions with the respondents. Common respondent types included in healthcare related studies include physicians, KOLs, Nurses, Pharmacists, Patients and Caregivers.

Interviews

We have a team of experienced interviewers who are well trained to conduct interviews with the healthcare professionals, patients and pharmacists. These interviewers are trained to handle different type of studies and they are skillful to ensure all questions are properly addressed and answered.

Focus Group Moderation

We partner with FGD facility vendors to facilitate FGDs to ensure qualitative data and in-depth insights can be gathered from the respondents within short period of time.

Translation & Transcribing

We also provide transcription services for focus group discussions and in-depth interviews. Our transcription of verbatim will be transcribed into written/ printed form (in MS Word or Excel content grid) for data analysis purpose. On top of that, we also provide translation services for research materials from English to Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia, or vice versa.

Analysis & Reporting

All responses will be analyzed and the findings will be presented in the desired format & template to ensure business's objectives are met.

Data Entry & Coding

Prior to data analysis, all responses gotten from the surveys will be keyed into data entry links or Excel template etc. Logic/ consistent check will be applied to ensure all data are keyed in correctly. We also provide coding for the open-ended responses and codeframe development to ease data analysis process.
